About Us
John and Thomi Glover founded the MayneStay Consulting Group Ltd. in 1995 to offer their consulting, training and coaching skills to an international market. John is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, a Certified Information Systems Auditor and a Certified Management Consultant. Thomi has a Masters of Arts, a Masters of Divinity, is an International Coach Federation Certified Professional Coach and a Certified Management Consultant. Together they have more than 50 years of experience in the private, public and not for profit sectors of information technology, systems security management, leadership and organizational development, consulting and coaching.
In their respective fields, John and Thomi are committed to supporting their clients' establishment of clear directions towards their goals and corporate results. They believe in the importance of aligning corporate and personal purpose to build solid traction for success.

Their corporate logo, the compass, illustrates the critical role establishing and maintaining a clear direction is in both their professional and personal lives. The company name, MayneStay, honours their long and cherished association with Mayne Island off the BC lower mainland where they now make their permanent home.
